Sport is big business. For atheletes, the stakes are high with the lure of huge salaries and unimaginable advertising contracts. We wanted to find out how big a problem taking performance enhancing drugs amongst athletes really is. Is it a battle that can be won in the run up to the 2012 Olympics in London?
